Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Vivota Education programme, lesson package, or trial class, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before enrolment. If you are a parent enrolling on behalf of your child, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

Our Services

Vivota provides JC tuition services including Concept Classes, Team Sessions, Mastery Action Plans, dedicated mentorship, and access to recorded lessons across six JC subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Math, Physics, and General Paper. Specific lesson schedules, durations, and fees are outlined in your chosen package and may be updated from time to time.

Recorded Lessons & Materials

Students are expected to attend lessons punctually, complete assigned work, and engage respectfully in class. Parents agree to provide accurate contact details and to communicate openly with Vivota Mentors regarding their child's progress. Vivota cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by repeated absences, incomplete work, or unreported learning difficulties.

Confidentiality

Vivota respects the privacy of every student and family. Personal information, academic records, and lesson discussions are kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of supporting the student's learning journey. We will not share student information with any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law.

Financial Assistance

The Vivota Financial Assistance Scheme is offered case-by-case, generally for students currently under MOE FAS. Vivota reserves the right to request proof of household income or other supporting documents. Approval is at Vivota's sole discretion and may be withdrawn if circumstances change.

Changes To These Terms

Vivota may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable law. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
